Seven Oaks Physical Therapy and Fitness Center is a facility that provides medical rehabilitation along with fitness and wellness programs. Seven Oaks is owned and operated by Physical Therapists providing personalized, quality care to patients and clients of Conejo Valley since 1984.

The staff will provide encouragement and support throughout the entire program.

Following a referral by a physician, a physical therapist will perform an initial evaluation and assessment from which an initial treatment and exercise program will be personally designed for you. While you go through your rehab program staff members will provide feedback, instruction and encouragement.
