Mark received his Bachelors of Science Degree from Eastern Washington State College in 1971. He also received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Physical Therapy in 1974 from Loma Linda University. Mark worked as a physical therapist at Westlake Community Hospital and subsequently became Director of Physical Therapy until 1985. At that time, he left WCH and began his own physical therapy practice, Seven Oaks Rehabilitation Services in the Conejo Valley. Treating patients remains Mark's primary focus and he continues to treat patients during half of the day while working on administrative duties the other half.

Johanna received a Masters of Physical Therapy at the University of Texas, Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. She began specializing in hand therapy shortly after graduating and became a Certified Hand Therapist. She is among a few physical therapists in the Conejo Valley who is also a Certified Hand Therapist. Johanna is equipped with the ability to provide the best and most appropriate care for patients with hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder conditions. Additionally, she has the training to assess the entire upper quarter, including the neck and the effect that the surgery, injury, or condition may have on the use of that upper extremity.

David graduated from the University of Wisconsin at Platteville with a B.S. in Business Administration and Management and also played on their college football team. After working as a Personal Trainer in Brentwood for six years, he continued his education at Mount St. Mary's College where he received his Masters of Physical Therapy. David's hobbies include fitness, crossword puzzles and all Wisconsin sports.

Heidi graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a B.S. in Biology and continued her education at California State University, Long Beach and received a degree in physical therapy. Heidi is also a certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and has continuing education courses in manual therapy and ergonomics. Heidi enjoys snowboarding, water skiing, and other outdoor activities.

Janelle graduated from the Unversity of Wisconsin, LaCrosse with a degree in Athletic Training and Exercise Physiology. She went on to obtain her degree in Physical Therapy from the Unversity of Illinois at Chicago. Her specific interests are in the area of sports medicine and biomechanics. In addition to being a physical therapist, she is a certified athletic trainer. Janelle's other interests include snowboarding, exercising, and investing.

David graduated from UC Davis with a B.A. in Biological
Sciences and started his career in physical therapy as a PT Assistant in 1998. After three years as a PT Assistant at
Scripps Mercy Hospital in San Diego, he returned to school to receive his Masters of Physical Therapy at Loma Linda University. David specializes in outpatient orthopedics and received a certificiation as a Clinical Sports and Conditioning Specialist in 2003. He enjoys running, surfing, playing golf and is an avid sports fan.

Jason graduated from California State University, Northridge with a B.S. in Environmental Health and continued his education at CSUN to complete his Masters of Physical Therapy. Jason received his Orthopedic Clinical Specialist Certification in 2007 and has also received his CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification). He is fluent in Spanish and spends his spare time exercising or spending time with his family and friends.

Renee graduated from UCLA with a B.S. in Kinesiology and went on to receive her Masters of Physical Therapy at USC. She has been a Physical Therapist for twenty years and started her career at UCLA Medical Center in Pediatrics, Neurologic, and Orthopedic Rehabilitation. Renee specialized in orthopedics, becoming a certified orthopedic specialist in 1997. Her spare time is spent either running, playing tennis, skiing, or hiking with her family.

Monique graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology. She went on to obtain her Masters of Physical Therapy from California State University, Fresno in 2000. Monique has practiced in the Neurological & Orthopedic clinical settings. She enjoys Pilates, hiking, and playing volleyball.

Kathy attended UC Davis for undergraduate studies and transferred to California State University, Northridge to complete a B.S. in Health Science with a certificate in Physical Therapy. She began her career at Northridge Hospital in the rehabilitation department and then moved to the Sacramento area where she worked several years primarily in Orthopaedic Out-Patient clinics. Kathy moved back to Southern California in 1986 to continue her work in Orthopaedics.
 Judy graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.S. and Certificate in Physical Therapy. While teaching at Boston University, Sargent College, she received a Masters in Education degree. She is also a member of the Orthopedic Section of the APTA. Judy's passion is in outpatient orthopedics and Pilates. Her outside interests include traveling and hiking.

Jill graduated from the University of Illinois Medical Center in 1980 with a Bachelors in Occupational Therapy. She has had advanced training in Proprioceptive Neurological Facilitation, Bobath, Sensory Integration, Hand Therapy, Casting for Spasticity, and Splinting. Additionally, she has been a Pilates instructor for 15 years in which she is nationally certified.

Kathy graduated from UCLA with a degree in Kinesiology and received her MS in Physical Therapy from USC in 1981. Kathy specializes in integrative manual therapy techniques that assist the body in its innate ability to heal itself. These include myofascial release, craniosacral mobilization and visceral manipulation. Outside of work, her time is spent involved with family and church activities and taking cooking classes to indulge her passion for cooking and entertaining.

Physical Therapy Assistants

Kathy is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology specializing in Adaptive Physical Education at California State University, Northridge. Kathy has attended specialized courses on hand therapy and splinting techniques. She brings advanced skills and professionalism to the department. She has recently earned her Masters of Science in Gerontology at LaVerne University. Kathy is also fluent in Spanish, which allows our Spanish-speaking patients to feel at ease.

Barbi graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and received her License as a Physical Therapy Assistant. She is also a certified personal trainer, a certified Pilates instructor and a certified MedX technician. Her spare time is spent kickboxing, snowboarding, and spending as much time as possible with her family.

Brenda graduated from Pepperdine University with a B.S. in Sports Medicine and continued her education to receive her Physical Therapy Assistant License. Besides surfing and playing tennis, Brenda loves to spend her free time with her dogs and cats.
