Meet Our Staff
All Seven Oaks physical therapists are licensed and qualified to treat and provide any services we offer on our website, with the exception of Women’s Health and MedX. If you have specific concerns or inquiries, please contact our receptionist. We are happy to help with any questions you may have regarding your care.
Mark received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Eastern Washington State College in 1971 and his Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy in 1974 from Loma Linda University. Mark started Seven Oaks Physical Therapy in 1984 and currently works with patients part-time Tuesday through Thursday.
David graduated from the University of Wisconsin at Platteville with B.S. in Business Administration and Management. He continued his education at Mount St. Mary’s College where he received his Master of Physical Therapy. David has worked at Seven Oaks for over a decade. He is a Clinical Director and a full-time therapist and works Monday through Friday.
Frank received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Montana with emphasis in pre-physical therapy and athletic training. He received his post-graduate certificate in Physical Therapy from Los Angeles Children’s Hospital School of Physical Therapy. He owned a private practice in Agoura Hills for 21 years and joined Seven Oaks team back in 2013. He currently works part-time Monday through Friday.
Eric graduated from UCLA with his B.S Degree in Physiological Science in 2008. He got his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Mount St. Mary’s University in 2015 and has been working at Seven Oaks since he became licensed. Eric works at Seven Oaks full-time Monday through Friday but is not available on Thursdays.
Rich graduated from California Lutheran University with his Bachelor of Science degree and received his Master of Physical Therapy from Chapman University in Oregon in 1998. He worked 2 years in Oregon and joined Seven Oaks Physical Therapy after he moved back. Rich works part-time Tuesday through Thursday.
Celia graduated from Oregon State University with her B.S Degree in Exercise Science in 2015. She got her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from California State University Northridge in 2018 and completed her last 3-month internship at Seven Oaks. She has been working at Seven Oaks since then. Celia works full-time Monday through Friday.
